Due to the hygienic nature of soap products, we only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong item is shipped by error.  For returning such items we need a picture of the wrong or damaged item. To return an item it must be new, unused, and unopened (as you received it). Contact us for a return authorization or shipping label within 7 days of delivery at hello@1001nightscraft.com.

Orders typically ship out in 1 business day via USPS first class or priority mail and are typically received by the customer in 2-5 days. The amount for shipping will be calculated at check out as per the following schematic:
